How is my order processed?

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday (after 5pm) excluding major holidays. Orders placed on  Friday, Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed with 24-48 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year.

How long does shipping take?

On time delivery takes 7-15 business days. Customer is eligible for a refund if order is not received in 23 business days

 

Does Hair Savvy have Cash on Delivery as a payment method?

At this time, Hair Savvy does not accept C.O.D. as a payment method or any other payment methods other than the payment methods available at checkout (i.e. Payfast and Bank deposit)
